Mostly good, some minor points

I purchased a Specialized Surgeon Database from MCH Healthcare. The quality of the data itself was quite good, and it integrated fairly smoothly into our CRM, which was a big plus. The delivery was prompt too, which I appreciate. However, I did notice a couple of outdated entries, maybe 2-3% of the total, which needed a quick cross-check on our end. While it wasn't a huge deal, it would be great if the refresh cycle could catch those a bit faster. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value, but there's always room to refine the data's freshness.

Reliable data, as usual

I've used MCH Healthcare a few times now, mainly for their Physician Email List. This last order was just as consistent as the others. The data is clean, and I had no issues with delivery or integration. It's why I keep coming back.

Solid value for the price

As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for the best deal on a Nurse Email List. I checked out a few places, but MCH Healthcare offered a good first purchase offer that made them stand out. The process was smooth, and I got the data quickly. It felt like a good investment for our budget, especially with the discount I received.

Good for our marketing

So, we needed some new leads for our outreach, and a friend told me about MCH Healthcare. I tried their Healthcare Marketing Lists. It was pretty easy to get what we needed. The contact info seemed decent, and we got some good responses. Felt pretty straightforward, no big fuss.

Renewal price for our Hospital Mailing List was significantly higher this year, feeling pretty frustrated.

N NikhilS 2 months ago ✓ Best Answer
Could be they updated the data more frequently this past year, hence the price. Did you notice better accuracy?

P PriyaS 2 months ago
Not sure I noticed enough to justify such a big increase, tbh.

A AmitM 2 months ago
Mine too! I was expecting a slight bump but it felt like a huge jump. Did you try contacting their support?
3
P PriyaS 2 months ago
Yeah, they mentioned the previous year was a 'first-time customer' offer. Still stings though.

R Rahul87 2 months ago
Same. I'm wondering if the annual billing discount would have made a difference.

Following. I'm due for renewal on my Nurse Email List soon and this has me worried.

Maybe ask about the non-profit discount if you qualify? Heard it can be decent.

Thinking of buying the MCH Nurse Email List for a new campaign. Does MCH offer discounts for non-profit organizations? Our budget is pretty tight.

A Anjali 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Yes, they do! We're a non-profit and got a decent discount on our last purchase of the Medical Practice Database. You just need to reach out to their sales team and provide your non-profit documentation.

Awesome, thanks for the info!

A Amit 2 weeks ago
Oh, that's great news! How much was the discount, roughly?
6
A Anjali 2 weeks ago
I think it was around 15-20%, but it might vary. Always good to ask.
7
R RajeshG 2 weeks ago
Not sure about non-profits specifically, but I got a first purchase offer when I signed up. Maybe ask if they have anything like that for new accounts?

A Amit 2 weeks ago
Worth a shot!

I'd also ask about a volume discount if you're buying a large list. Sometimes they stack those up, or at least they did for us when we bought a bulk list of Healthcare Facility Mailing Lists.

A Amit 2 weeks ago
Good point, I'll mention that too.

Thinking of trying MCH Healthcare for a Physician Email List, but I'm worried about data accuracy. How often is it updated?

P PoojaR 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I've been using their Dentist Email List for about a year. They claim quarterly updates, and from my experience, it seems pretty consistent. Fewer bounces than my previous provider.

R RahulK 1 month ago
Do they offer a free data sample so you can check a small portion first?

Quarterly sounds good. My current list is a mess.

I heard they do monthly refreshes for some of their higher-tier products, but not sure about standard lists. Best to ask their sales team directly.

V Vikram 1 month ago
Good point. I'll reach out to them.

Accuracy rate is key. My last list from another vendor was maybe 70-75% good. Anything above 85% for me would be a win.

MCH claims 95% on their site, but real-world experience is always better to hear.

Same here. High bounce rates kill campaigns.

How do these guys compare to HealthLink Dimensions or Definitive Healthcare? Looking for a good nurse email list and trying to decide.

D Dana Carter 2 months ago
MCH is pretty good for email lists specifically, especially if you need volume. Definitive Healthcare is more comprehensive but also way more expensive usually.
6
T Tara 2 months ago
I've used both MCH and HealthLink. MCH seems to update their lists more frequently, which is a big plus. HealthLink felt a bit stale last time I used them, but that was a while ago.

Is MCH Strategic Data legit, or just another one of those shady data brokers that sell outdated lists?

T Troy 2 months ago
Nah, they're legit. Been around for a while and their data quality is pretty high compared to others I've tried.

A Amber 2 months ago
I've used them for a couple of campaigns, and while no list is 100% perfect, theirs are definitely better than most. Updates seem frequent too.

Thinking of getting a physician email list, but wanna make sure it's not gonna get me in trouble with spam laws. Are their emails CAN-SPAM compliant?

J James Silva 2 months ago
Yeah, they totally are. I checked that before buying myself, super important.

J Julia 2 months ago
They actually mention that on their site, it's one of their selling points. You should be good.

Hey, anyone know if they do discounts for smaller non-profits? Trying to get a list for a local health awareness campaign but budget is tight.

N Nina Bennett 2 months ago
I think they do, yeah. I remember seeing something about non-profit discounts, probably worth asking them directly.
5
G Gwen 2 months ago
They definitely offer non-profit discounts. Not sure how much, but it's one of the things they list for getting a better deal. Good luck with your campaign!

Just got the MCH Physician Email List, pretty impressed with the quantity. Anyone else integrate this directly into their CRM?

P Priya 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, I did that last month with their Healthcare Executive Leads. The CRM data integration was smoother than I expected, actually. Took a bit of setup on my end but their API access was pretty clear.

I tried integrating into my CRM but hit a snag with some custom fields. Their support helped me out, but it wasn't completely plug-and-play for my specific setup.

Just mapping some unique identifiers. Nothing major.
